Crosscamp is a functional training week combining weightlifting, conditioning, gymnastics movements and mobility work. Training is coached in small groups, with technique and scaling options explained so each session is accessible regardless of your starting point. Expect to be challenged, supported and part of a team working toward the same sessions each day.

What is it?
Who is it for?
Crosscamp suits both newcomers to functional training and people who already train regularly, since every session can be scaled to the individual. Experienced coaches keep an eye on technique throughout, so you can push yourself safely. Campers often arrive solo and end the week with a new training group of friends.
